| Excel
Introductory: To introduce a sound
set of basic worksheet skills including screen and file navigation,
common formatting tools, common and powerful mathematical formulas and
function building plus printing options. 3.5 hours. |
Excel Intermediate:
To enhance basic worksheet skills by adding the ability to organize
lists of information, find, sort and filter records using specific
criteria options. Create, edit and annotate with drawing tools and
charted graphs.

Excel Advanced: To complete the
full range of worksheet skills including the application of advanced a,
worksheet styles and views, comments/notes, error
handling, auditing tools, 3D cell references, sub-total outlines, file
protection, pivot tables and analysis tools.

Slideshows
All-in-One: To produce a ready to present slideshow that
includes design and colour theory, graphics, animation and sound while
learning how to make a successful presentation. 3.5 hours. |
| Project Timeline Planning -
Comprehensive: To build a sound set of project planning
skills using a timeline software tool. This course includes the
development of a multi-task plan, project and resource calendars,
resource assignments, allocation graphs, information tables, customized
views plus ready-to-use and/or print built-in reports. Project
management theory will be used to supplement and reinforce business
planning skills where applicable. |
| Word Introductory: To
introduce a sound set of basic word processing skills including screen
and file navigation, common formatting tools, editing tools and
printing options. 3.5 hours. |
| Word Intermediate: To build
and enhance basic skills including tables as an information source or
data collection form, newspaper columns, and mail merging with an
introduction to macros and auto-text options. 3.5
hours. |
Word Advanced: To complete the
full range of word processing skills including the application of
styles, inserting a table of contents, an index, creation of a template
file and form, file comparison plus page set-up of large documents and
reports. 3.5 hours.
